1. Services

Desti Creation provides digital marketing and software development services, including social media management, SEO, paid advertising, website and app development, WhatsApp automation and related services. The exact scope, deliverables and timelines of any engagement are agreed separately in a quote or proposal.

2. Quotes & Payments

• All prices are shared on request through a custom quote and may vary based on your requirements.
• Every package requires a 70% advance before work begins. The remaining 30% is due upon completion of the work or billing cycle.
• Any recurring cost required by a website or app — such as hosting, domain, API, tools, subscriptions or maintenance — is paid by the client. We charge only for design and development.
• Third-party charges such as ad spend, Play Store / App Store fees and tool subscriptions are billed separately and paid by the client.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

No refund is provided if the client cancels a project after work has begun. Specific cancellation terms for a given service will be stated in your quote or agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of Desti Creation and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created for a client transfers as agreed in the project terms, typically upon full payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any materials required to complete your project. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Desti Creation provides its services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including results of marketing campaigns which depend on many external factors.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
